Postal Strikes
The the Minister of Labour, has worked alongside the Canada Industrial Relations Board (CIRB), Canada Post and the Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) and resumed operations. New items being received from 19th December.
We are still dealing with delays and backlogs and ask for your patience & understanding over this time.

As a small business, we recognize the critical role that reliable postal services play in our operations and customer satisfaction. This unforeseen and prolonged national postal strike has posed significant challenges for lots of small businesses like ours, impacting operational efficiency, financial stability, and customer trust. The strike has caused a domino effect on alternative providers with Purolator, UPS & USPS all reducing their services due to the extra volume of the holiday season and taking the extra volume of the strike action.
We will continue to keep you updated through our social media and this site.
For the majority of our Canadian customers we have been able to change shipping to UPS. We continue to urge international customers to opt for the alternative shipping methods and reach out directly if you have any questions or concerns.
We operate in kindness and hope our customers will too!
