IPF Status
Currently none of our items are IPF approved.
They do however conform to various federation rules and guidelines, please reach out if you need further information on this.
Belt Info
HOW LONG DOES A CUSTOM BELT TAKE?
The turn around time for the EASY ORDER and Clearance belts is just 2 weeks.
BESPOKE BELTS are made to order and take 15-18 weeks.
We are looking to improve that and will be able to give you more exact dispatch date upon confirmation of the completed design process.

General Turnaround Times
Please note that your shipping preference does not reflect total delivery time.
The ETA is given when ordering.
All items are kept in stock and will be fulfilled & posted out 4-6 business days after your order has processed.
Belts: EASY ORDER and Clearance belts take just 2 weeks.
Merch: Most items are made to order and will be with you in 5-10 business days.
Bespoke Belts: As it's made especially for you, these belts take 2-4 months please see product listing or email for more info.

We ship worldwide from Calgary Canada.

Ensure you pick the right shipping option.
An item will be returned if it remains uncollected.
We cannot offer to repost for free should this occur.
PICK-UP OPTIONS:
Curbside Option: Sundance, SE Calgary.
Simply go to pay at the cart and click on Pick Up as soon as your order is fulfilled you can contact us to collect.
*Collection times are from 3.30pm weekdays
Pop-Up Shop:
Inglewood, Calgary.
You can now schedule an appointment and come take a look at products! Simply go to the "Book a Visit" section of the store.
Warehouse Option:
StrongArm Sport Warehouse NE Calgary.

Refund & Returns
Please read all info about delivery and turn round times.
If after your order there any issues or delays we will convey them openly and honestly and offer the opportunity for a full refund.
GENERAL RETURN POLICY:
We offer a 14 day return policy.
Shipping charges are not refundable that would be your cost, unless it is proved to be the error of us.
For returns or exchanges items need to be:
- Returned in the original condition sent out
- With all original item packaging
The general shipping policy for exchanges is you return the item at your cost.
We will return the replacement item at our cost.
BELT REFUND POLICY:
Plain (uncustomized) belts can be refunded and exchanged without issue within 14 days.
As for customized belts:
If you change your mind or want a refund you have the opportunity to do that until the confirmation of your customization design is approved by you.
Once you have approved your design, a refund will depend if it's gone to print. If we've made it to your unique customization then we cannot offer a refund.
If the belt arrived and is damaged, we will ask for photos for verification and if it is damaged in transit, photos of the packaging. We will get you to ship it back to us for us to inspect. After its arrived a refund will be processed.
LEVER WARRANTY
Resolute Strength Wear has a a 1 year lever warranty.
This is limited to one lever replacement. After that the warranty is void.
HOW LONG DOES THE REFUND TAKE ?
Shopify advise that generally a refund can take up to 10 business days.
Average time taking 1-5 days - this depends on what bank your with and what country you're based.
One thing that they also highlighted is sometimes money if quickly refunded due to a mistake etc - funds may never leave your account.
Always double check the money was taken from your account first.
Strength Equipment & Warranty
Thanks for your interest in our ever poplar strength equipment.
ALL oversized items (except the Power Pin) is sent out as oversized mail through UPS or FedEX Ground.
You'll need to email us your post or zip code and we can get a shipping quote.
At this time, all strength equipment has to be invoiced seperately due to the oversized shipping. We send you a full invoice with a link to pay directly through the site.
Items are posted out twice a week Tuesdays & Thursdays.
We have set up Sezzle payments to help you spread costs. This allows you to pay for it in 4 interest-free payments over 6 weeks!
WARRANTY
Here at Resolute Strength Wear we take pride in offering the best quality products to our customers at the best price. We understand that purchasing a product can be a big investment and we want to offer the best service and products possible.
Resolute Strength Wear warrants to the original user that the strength equipment product will be free in material workmanship or defects for a period as specified below from the date of purchase.
* Warranty may be voided for any product which has been damaged due to negligent or faulty use, alteration, maintenance, storage or handling by the user. Negligent or faulty use includes abusive dropping of the equipment on concrete or similar surfaces, and similar acts).
All Resolute strength equipment has a 1 year warranty.
Structural weld warranty - 2 years.
Customer must provide confirmation of a direct purchase through Resolute.
Any specific issues regarding a product with which a customer is not satisfied will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Damage in shipping must be reported to us immediately, pictures of the damage and any relevant pictures of the packaging.

As a family-run business, we try our best to give you the best products, service and experience possible but sometimes we're human.
We lead with kindness and expect the same in return.
We will not tolerate the following:
- Excessive shouting or swearing
- Demanding or threatening behavior
- Harassment, trolling or repeated unnecessary and defamatory comments
UNCOLLECTED ITEMS
As we've grown we're serving more a more of you in the USA and internationally.
Please ensure you pick the right shipping option.
Uncollected items get returned to sender, so as silly as it sounds please be sure to provide a full up to date address. And if you pick a signed option, that you are able to sign for your order.
Please note, any items returned to us will need to have shipping costs repaid for.
